1 Acceptance of Terms

This terms and conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between mclub7 and every individual who accesses or uses this platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services offered under the mclub7 brand.

By registering a new account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or simply browsing this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated here. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using the platform immediately.

mclub7 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior mandatory notice. However, notification will be made via the platform if significant changes are made. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed of the latest terms at all times.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use mclub7 services, users must meet the following conditions without exception:

• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling activity under applicable local laws.
• Register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms.

• Not register on behalf of a third party or use another person's identity.

mclub7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Identity verification through official documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport may be required before an account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed.

3 Account Management

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their respective accounts. This includes every wager, financial transaction, and communication made through the account.

Usernames and passwords are confidential. Users are advised to choose a strong password and not to disclose it to any third party. mclub7 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our customer support team immediately via live chat or email.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative fees or closure in accordance with the platform's internal policies, which are updated from time to time. Users will be notified in advance before any action is taken.

4 Deposits and Payments

mclub7 supports a range of payment methods to make depositing funds into a user's account straightforward. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20. Successful deposits are credited to the user's account and can be used for games immediately.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made using a payment method belonging to a third party may result in funds being held pending the completion of an investigation.
• mclub7 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency conversions are carried out at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Users may withdraw funds from their mclub7 account subject to the following conditions, which must be fully met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is confirmed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed before winnings from a bonus are permitted for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the user.
• mclub7 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for the purpose of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.

In certain cases where there is doubt regarding the validity of a transaction or the user's identity, mclub7 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing the withdrawal. Users agree to cooperate fully in this process.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

mclub7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to users. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated at the time the bonus offer is launched. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. Once RM1,000 has been wagered through eligible games, the bonus winnings may be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used for games within the mclub7 platform.
• Users may not transfer bonuses to other users.
• mclub7 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of the system.
• Bonus offers may not be combined with other offers unless clearly stated otherwise.
• All promotions are open to users who fully comply with these terms and conditions.

7 Game Rules

All games on the mclub7 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and crash games, operate under the specific rules of their respective game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

Game outcomes are generated by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness. mclub7 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• The results of completed games are final and cannot be reversed unless there is confirmed evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or service disruption, mclub7 reserves the right to cancel affected game rounds and refund the wagers.
• Users are not permitted to use automation software, bots, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Wagers suspected of being placed through collusion or manipulation strategies may be cancelled and the relevant account will be investigated.

8 User Conduct

mclub7 users are expected to act in a responsible, fair, and respectful manner towards others on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, deception, or providing false information to mclub7 or other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing or obstructing other users in live games.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to another individual.
• Registering a new account after the original account has been suspended or closed by mclub7.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account funds, and legal action where appropriate.

9 Limitation of Liability

mclub7 works to ensure the platform operates properly at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical disruptions at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mclub7, its directors, employees, and business partners shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and are solely responsible for the betting decisions they make. mclub7 provides the platform and games but is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users in the course of play.

10 Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the mclub7 customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

mclub7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this agreement.
• Activity suspected to be fraudulent or involving money laundering.
• A request from a competent authority or a court order.
• The user is found to have registered multiple accounts.

In cases of account closure for the above reasons, mclub7 reserves the right to hold all funds in the account until the investigation is complete. If the user is found to have breached the terms, the relevant funds may be fully forfeited.

11 Data Protection

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws under the international licence through which this platform operates. Any dispute arising from this agreement will first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory body.
